Tiesto feat. BT - Break My Fall

This 4 PM Dance Break is inspired by my travels through the pacific northwest. My tour partner had just come from spending several months in Costa Rica and introduced me to Tiesto. An open heart and mind lead to freedom of movement. Let go and dance, don't worry we are here to break your fall.

Dixie Chicks - Goodbye Earl

My first tour was through the western plain states of America. Montana, North & South Dakota, Oklahoma, Wyoming and Texas. My first tour partner was a good mid western girl. Two 21 year old kids touring the country teaching kids. So being introduced to The Dixie Chicks seemed more then fitting for this leg of my journey. The 4 PM Dance Break goes Country. Get out your boots and let go two steppin'!

Great Day - Eddie from Ohio

The inspiration for dance can come from anywhere. The 4 O' clock Dance Break is a bit different but then again so was my second tour partner. An amazing spirit and such an open heart. As we travelled Europe this group from Virgina help us remind us of home and how blessed we were to be having this amazing adventure.

You can feel the head bob, the finger snap the spirit moving through you. It's a great day to dance!

You also get introduce to some great music that you may have never heard. Today's block of 4 O'clock Dance Break tunes is music a learned to love on the road and is dedicated to the people who shared their love of music and life with me.

This one comes from my last tour partner, she was always looking for a good dance party, she rocked my world!
